For close to seven years, I was a senior writer on Apple’s Retail Engagement and Marketing team, creating articles, email, and videos for the thousands of leaders and employees who work in Apple stores and contact centers all around the world.
In that time, I wrote everything from profiles of team members doing incredible work in their communities, to feature stories about all the ways Apple reuses and recycles the materials used in their stores, to important need-to-knows about the latest product releases.
For three years, I also wrote weekly guidance to help store leaders inform, inspire, and lead great conversations with their teams — a project that required close collaboration with business partners throughout the company.
I made friends with so many smart, passionate people at Apple. It was an honor to work there and I’d love to do it again!
